Cancellation and early departure
In case of a cacellation or early departure we have to charge you the full amount!

Cancellation Policy

• before 3 weeks of arrival, free of charge
• 21 days - 14 days; 50% of the room rate
• 0 - 7 days; 100% of the room rate

Deposit & Guarantee
pre-payment to the banc account or credit card

Payment
We do accept Visa & Mastercard for the payment of the room rate. All extras; breakfast, drinks and tours need to be paid in Cash.

If you have a Voucher from the travel agency we kindly ask you to handel it out by the check in.

Please note, that Recepcion is  open until 06:00 pm in case of a late arrival we will need a notification from you!
